Organization

The New Century Trust is governed by a Board of Directors which can include up to 19 members. Board members are proposed by a Nominating Committee and voted on by the full Board.

The Board meets once a month, and at other times as needed.

The New Century Trust is a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) organization.

The Trust has a two-fold mission; the first is as a participant in and funder of programs that enhance the economic and social development of working women and girls; the second is to preserve and interpret the historic landmark building and educate the public about the history of the Trust and the Guild building in the larger context of women's history.
