The New Century Trust purchased its National Historic Landmark building in 1906. Centrally located and easily accessible on public transportation, this recently restored, historic building offers convenient and affordable meeting and function space. Beautifully preserved original 19th century woodwork, crown molding and decorative plaster, along with newly restored hardwood floors make this 1850s building a rare gem.The facilities include an auditorium with stage and baby grand piano, dining room with attached catering kitchen, and formal parlors. The rooms may be rented together or separately and are suitable for seminars, workshops, recitals, luncheons, fundraisers, board meetings, team building, catered receptions and rehearsal dinners. In keeping with its mission, the New Century Trust offers discounted rental rates to non-profit organizations that serve women and girls. Rentals are available September through May.
